Payment Terms
Deposit Payments
- Camping Safaris: A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Lodge Safaris: A 40% deposit is required to confirm reservations.
- Tailor-Made Safaris: A deposit ranging from 10% to 70% may be requested depending on the customization and services selected.
Final Payment
- The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
- Cash payments are accepted and preferred.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made through:
- Bank transfer / wire transfer
- Credit cards
- Online payment platforms such as PesaPal
Bank account details will be provided upon request.
Note: All payments must be made to our official company accounts in Tanzania. We do not operate any offshore accounts.
Group Bookings
For group safaris, we can receive separate payments from different individuals.
Payment links will be provided as needed.
However, the group leader is the primary point of contact and remains financially responsible for the full booking.
Payment & Invoicing
- All payments and installments must be settled before the tour start date.
- After completing a bank transfer, clients must email the payment receipt to the company.
- We will acknowledge receipt of funds via email.
- Clients are responsible for all associated payment costs, including:
- 3.5% surcharge for credit card and online payments
- Bank wire transfer fees
Currency
- Quotations are provided in USD, Euros, and Tanzanian Shillings.
- We accept cash payments in USD, and also in Euros and British Pounds.
- Clients may pay in any of the currencies stated above, including via bank transfer to our Tanzanian account.
