Welcome to Serengeti Wildebeest Safaris. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment
   A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be completed prior to the commencement of your safari. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
   All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, with fees varying depending on the timing of notice. Specific terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
3. Itinerary Changes
   We reserve the right to amend itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, park regulations, or safety concerns. Any changes will be communicated promptly, and suitable alternatives will be arranged where possible.
4. Health and Safety
   Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements, including vaccinations and physical fitness for safari activities. While we prioritize safety and adhere to strict protocols, participation is at your own risk.
5. Liability
   Serengeti Wildebeest Safaris shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience incurred during the safari, including those caused by factors beyond our control.
6. Travel Insurance
   We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal property.
7. Photography and Media
   We may capture photos and videos during tours for promotional use. If you prefer not to be included, please notify your guide at the start of your safari.
8. Force Majeure
   Serengeti Wildebeest Safaris is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies.
