Day-by-Day Itinerary
Depart Arusha at 7:30 AM and drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive.
Famous for its large elephant population, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife,
Tarangire offers a spectacular introduction to the safari. After your game drive and a
picnic lunch, head to a public campsite near Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, journey through the Ngorongoro Highlands to Serengeti National Park.
Enjoy a scenic drive and lunch on the way. Enter the Serengeti for an afternoon game
drive, where you'll likely spot lions, elephants, giraffes, and more. Overnight at a public
campsite in the Serengeti, with dinner under the stars.
Begin the day with an early morning game drive to catch the predators as they finish
their nocturnal hunts. Return to camp for brunch before setting out toward the
Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at Simba Campsite on the crater rim for dinner
and overnight.
After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a thrilling
half-day safari. Packed with wildlife, the crater is one of the best places to see the Big
Five. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater, then ascend and return to Arusha by late
afternoon.
